What’s unique about our company? The owner, Bart Holmes who is proud to be a master technician, was not only born and raised in Palm Beach County, but started his career in air-conditioning at age 16 as part of a program offered by his high school and now has over 3 decades of experience, most of that as a contractor/business owner.
He is still an active participant in the field, runs one of the service trucks himself, and many times will be one of the technicians at your home. Employees have been hand-picked by Bart himself.
He keeps his company at a manageable level which allows him to be easily-accessible to both his clients and employees and allows him on the rare occasions that his technicians may need an extra set of hands, to be there on the job or to consult with on any issue.
Bart also makes time in his schedule to be on-site for any new equipment installs, doing start-up on the new equipment himself. Bart’s easy-going approach, honesty, tenacity, ability and experience is very simply, hard to find in this area.
We are professional, patient, and fair with our customers, which has proven over the years, a good, solid business motto that works. We have taken notice that a large portion of our customers are both repeat and referral clients.

A.C. Service
If your a/c needs repair, or a 20-point inspection with a “clean & tune” we do diligence to repair it or give you advice and choices if it cannot be fixed. We are knowledgable about all the latest technology, rebates and energy efficiency ratings to give you the best choice for your hard-earned dollar.
A.C. Installations
Our a/c installations in Palm Beach County are done correctly using proper technique and usually same-day service. Plus, you won’t see a mess when we leave your home – it’s cool and clean. We are happy to answer any questions you may have, help you register your warranty, and will show you how to maintain your system, to keep it running efficiently for years to come.
Air Duct Sanitizing
We don’t use hard brushes that will damage your ducting. We use professional soft duct fogging products to sanitize – ridding your air of mold spores and odors. At your request, we install U.V. germ-fighting lights too, increasing air quality and helping you and your family to breathe healthier air in your home.
